Reputation Shield

How Reputation Shield works

One bad review on Google can cost you thousands. PMU Pal protects you with 2 automated emails sent to your client. The first asks them to rate the experience privately - the score comes only to you, not Google. You see how they really feel before anything goes public, with time to reach out if needed. The second email then asks them to share their experience on your Google page.

1First Email

A few days after the procedure (you choose when), your client gets this email. They tap a star. That score comes straight to you - not to Google, not anywhere public.

4-5 stars

Great news. A few days later, your client will receive a second email with a direct link to leave a review on your Google page.

1-3 stars

You get notified immediately. You have time to reach out, fix things, and turn the experience around.

2Second Email

A few days after the first email, your client gets this one. A single button that takes them straight to your Google Review page. You choose how many days apart - adjust it anytime in your settings.

Two emails. Two problems solved.

The first email catches unhappy clients before they go to Google - you find out first, reach out, and fix things privately. The second email turns happy clients into 5-star reviews on your Google page. You collect more reviews and keep the bad ones off your profile.
